Oxyfuel represents the most advanced frontier for the optimization of industrial thermal processes. By replacing or enriching the combustion air with pure oxygen, NBP systems allow high flame temperatures to be reached and the volumes of exhaust fumes to be drastically reduced.

We design each system to measure, guaranteeing millimetric control of the oxygen/fuel ratio. Standard configurations and technical equipment

Each oxy-fuel system is configured to safely manage specific pressures and flow rates for technical gases.

  • Oxygen Control Systems: Dedicated ramps with specific materials and degreasing for use with oxygen (Oxygen Cleaned), high precision shut-off and regulation valves.
  • Multifluid Management: Integration of lines for methane, hydrogen or other fuels, with controlled mixing to optimize thermal yield.
  • Certified Safety: Systems designed in compliance with rigorous regulations for the use of oxygen, complete with monitoring sensors and anti-backfire devices.

  • Maximum Thermal Efficiency: Drastic reduction in fuel consumption thanks to the absence of nitrogen (which in air systems absorbs heat unnecessarily).
  • Reduction of Emissions (NOx and CO2): Oxyfuel technology is the first step towards the objectives of industrial sustainability and reduction of the carbon footprint.
  • Compact and Ready-to-Install Design: Bases in treated steel, on-board machine wiring and integrated automation (PLC) for total process control.
  • Total Customization: Possibility of design based on existing layouts (revamping) or for new high temperature ovens.
